In a Rabbit's Mouth

A rabbit's teeth grow throughout their whole life.
The front teeth grow about 5 inches a year.
Their molars grow around 3 to 4 inches a year.
Rabbits need chew toys such as untreated blocks of wood or apple  branches.  Apricot, cherry, peach, plum and redwood trees are TOXIC!
Timothy hay blocks are good for gnawing.

A rabbit's tongue has around 8,000 taste buds so they have favorite foods!

Rabbits need to drink fresh water everyday.

Without water they won't eat especially if they are only fed dry pellets.

Rabbits do not know by instinct which plants are poisonous like houseplants!

You can perform a Heimlich maneuver on your rabbit if it is choking:   Bunny Choking.
