The force of a rabbit's kick can break it's backbone. | |

A wild rabbit can jump 12 ft to escape a predator. | |

Rabbits are expert backtrackers. | |

Rabbits run zigzag patterns to loose a predator. | |
|
Thumping loudly with a hind leg means the rabbit is upset! | |
|
Always pick-up a rabbit by placing one hand under its chest and one hand under its rump to scoop him up to your chest. Don't give him anything to kick against since they can break their legs!
